Here is the latest update that I have regarding the recall of certain Toyota models.  There are 2  recalls: 1 regarding sticking accelerator pedals and 1 with floor mats.  Toyota has developed a repair solution for both of these recalls.  We have received technical bulletins and our technicians have been trained.  Toyota has begun shipping parts and we anticipate having all the necessary parts and tools by the middle of next week.  At that time we will start making the appointments to have these cars repaired.

Brown Toyota will be opened extended hours and will do everything we can to have these repairs done in a reasonable period of time.  I know that many of our customers are very concerned about this issue and we share those same concerns.
