Print this page

Toyota has officially announced a voluntary recall on certain 2010 model Prius.  The repair solution would be a software update on the cars computer.  This software update takes about 45 minutes to perform.  Toyota will be notifying owners directly if their car is affected by this recall.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact our Service Department at 434-977-3380.

Good News! Regarding the recalls for the floor mats and the sticky acceleration pedals, we now have all of the tools and parts to make these repairs.  We will be open 7 days a week in both sales and service to accommodate our customers needs.  You may schedule your appointment by calling our Service Department at 434-977-3380.

Safety of our customers is our first priority therefore, both Toyota and Brown Toyota are committed to making these repairs as fast as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will do everything we can to get you back on the road in no time.
